A well-established sheet metal fabrication business is looking to add an experienced Press Brake Operative to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, modern workshop where quality, precision, and craftsmanship are valued.
The Hours
• Monday to Friday – Day shifts
• Overtime available and flexible depending on workload
The Role
You’ll be responsible for operating press brake machinery to produce precision sheet metal components, including:
• Setting, programming, and operating press brake machines
• Folding and forming sheet metal to required specifications
• Working accurately from engineering drawings
• Carrying out quality checks on finished parts
• Working closely with the fabrication team to meet production schedules
What You Need
• Proven experience operating press brake machinery
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of sheet metal processes
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
