We are a growing family of nine schools united by a shared ambition: to ensure every child has access to exceptional learning opportunities. While we are proud of our achievements to date, we remain committed to driving further improvement, closing gaps, and raising outcomes for all pupils.
We are now seeking a Trust-wide SENCO to lead SEND and inclusion across our schools. In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with school-based SENCOs, support the development of consistent best practice, and ensure that our most vulnerable learners receive the highest quality provision.
This is a 0.4 FTE position, with the flexibility to work over two or three days per week. It represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced SENCO looking to take the next step into Trust-level leadership. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate a strong record of improvement and measurable impact in SEND and inclusion, ideally across more than one school.
To be considered, you must hold QTS and an appropriate SEND Leadership qualification (or equivalent), along with substantial experience in improving outcomes for children with SEND. In return, you'll benefit from significant professional development opportunities, including the chance to mentor colleagues and shape Trust-wide policy and practice.
Travel across our nine schools will be required, with The Deanes serving as your central base.
