We are delighted to be recruiting for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and forward-thinking Alternative Provision in Chester, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils thrive both academically and emotionally. You will provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support, adapting your approach to meet each learner's unique needs.
Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff, you will help to create a positive, structured and engaging environment where students feel safe, supported and motivated to learn. Patience, empathy and a genuine commitment to inclusive education are essential.
