Summary
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Provide delivery updates and tracking information
Maintain excellent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to senior members of the team when necessary
Administration & Order Processing
Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
Update and maintain customer records and documentation
Support daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with the coordination of deliveries and liaise with warehouse and distribution teams
Business Support & Collaboration
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Support the implementation of customer service and administrative procedures
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience
Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times
Training and Qualification
You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams by a trusted training provider.
This means no college day release is required, allowing you to learn and earn full-time within the business.
Most of your apprenticeship will be spent gaining hands-on experience in a real working environment.
Requirements
Desirable qualifications:
GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths
If you have other relevant qualifications or prior experience, the apprenticeship can be adapted to suit your skill level.
