About the role
We are recruiting full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to support learners aged 16-25 with special educational needs and disabilities.You will:
- Provide classroom support and assist with personal care when required.
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and life skills.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups to make a real impact.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Immediately available and ready to start.
- Experience in SEN support or care roles is helpful but not essential.
- Empathetic, resilient, and comfortable with personal care responsibilities.
