- Operate MEWPs efficiently and safely in accordance with project requirements.
- Perform tasks at height using MEWPs, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Assist with demolition and site clearance activities as required.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid CCDO (Certificate of Competence for Demolition Operatives) card.
- IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) certification for operating MEWPs.
- Proven experience in operating MEWPs and working on construction or demolition sites.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Day-to-Day
- Begin each day with a safety briefing and equipment inspection.
- Operate MEWPs to carry out tasks at height, including demolition and site preparation.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and maintain the operational condition of MEWPs.
- Address any on-site challenges promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
