About the Role
This is an exciting dual role where no two days are the same. You will:
• Provide high-quality support to pupils across the school, acting as an HLTA and taking on some class teaching commitments as needed.
• Build positive, constructive relationships with children and families, offering guidance and support to help every child thrive.
• Work closely with staff and external agencies to ensure early help, wellbeing support, and safeguarding processes are effective.
• Contribute to whole-school life, bringing energy, compassion, and creativity to our community.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
• Is an experienced HLTA or suitably qualified support professional.
• Is passionate about nurturing strong relationships with pupils and families.
• Can be proactive, organised, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Is committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of every child.
• Has knowledge or experience of SEND and is enthusiastic about developing their expertise as Assistant SENDCo.
