About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Operative in Stevenage with a full UK driving licence to join our growing property services team. This hands‑on role involves driving across residential and commercial properties in Stevenage, ensuring sites are left clean, tidy, and ready for use after tradespeople have completed their work.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving between properties in Stevenage to carry out maintenance support
* Cleaning and preparing properties after building or repair work
* Collecting and disposing of leftover materials and waste safely
* Assisting with basic property upkeep and site presentation

Candidate Requirements
