You will be joining a school with a palpable community feel where every staff member is valued and plays a crucial role in pupil success.
The Role
As a Long-Term Temporary SEN Teacher, you will:

Develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track pupil progress rigorously against personalised targets.
-
Utilise your expertise in positive behaviour support strategies to maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where all pupils can achieve.
-
Work closely with a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants and support staff, directing their work effectively to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
-
Collaborate with external agencies, parents/carers, and the wider multidisciplinary team (e.g., therapists) to provide holistic support.

We are looking for a candidate who is:
-
A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
-
Demonstrably experienced in teaching pupils with complex and varied SEN across different age groups (essential).
-
Highly skilled at adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs, including non-verbal communication and sensory profiles.
-
Resilient, reflective, and committed to providing excellent pastoral and educational support.
-
Proactive and skilled in positive behaviour management and communication.
-
Able to build strong, trusting, and professional relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
Why Work With Us?

-
The chance to work with world-class facilities that enhance teaching and learning.
-
Small class sizes and excellent support staff ratios.
