Do you share our commitment to a truly child-centred, holistic and nurturing education? Would you like to gain experience working in a small, beautifully designed school in rural West Wales? Nant-y-Cwm Steiner School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work on a one-to-one and small group basis. We welcome applications from those with Steiner-Waldorf experience or those who are interested in working in an educatoin system that focuses on the whole child. Nant-y-Cwm Steiner School is nestled in a wooded valley in Pembrokeshire, where the children regularly explore the outdoors in our grounds, local woodland and footpaths. We support staff to undertake professional development through mentoring, supervision and external qualifications and courses.
