About the Role:

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are currently looking for a Healthcare assistant who can be flex and provide care and support for one of our clients. Our firm specialises in complex care, and as of such experience working with/around Learning Disabilities, PEG and Oxygen Saturation Monitoring is ideal. You'll provide 2:1 support, to our Non-Verbal client within the Bournemouth area, alongside providing the best care possible, within the Service User's own home environment.

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are looking for passionate, confident and caring candidates, who are willing to provide care that promotes independence and gives the client the best quality of life, whilst also building a special bond.

You would become an essential part of the existing care team in this fulfilling and rewarding role.

Theory and Practical training will be provided free of charge to ensure you have the correct skills and knowledge to support this service user's needs. This is an amazing opportunity to learn new skills and progress in your health and social care career. Practical clinical training will be delivered by one of our nurses so you can learn first-hand from their expertise.

What are your duties in this package?

  • Support in Moving and Handling & Personal Care
  • Support and maintain all clinical needs.
  • To be respectful and maintain professional boundaries
  • Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months professional care experience
  • The right to work in the UK and have the correct documentation for this
  • A full enhanced DBS
  • An up-to-date CV with full working history
