You will be helping our work happen across the charity; enabling us to care for and champion the rights, needs and ambitions of the people we support. As our Team Lead,you will: Deliver high-quality therapy within SEN school settings, supporting pupils, families, and staff. Take on a complex caseload, providing evidence-based interventions and clinical expertise. Lead and mentor junior colleagues, fostering professional growth. Specialise in a clinical area such as AAC, Autism, SEMH, or Dysfluency, contributing to service development and innovation. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Advisory Teachers. We are looking for someone who: Is a qualified Speech & Language Therapist( HCPC registered & RCSLT member). Has significant post-qualification experience, ideally with young people with complex needs. Can work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment. Has experience providing clinical supervision and training. Is innovative, flexible, and committed to delivering excellence in therapy services. Why work with us?
