Closing date: Friday 12th December Join us as a Service Administrator in Redcar and Cleveland Our team in Redcar and Cleveland are seeking an experienced administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. Find out more about us here. Our service provides drug and alcohol services for adults, young people and families across Redcar and Cleveland as a member of the THRIVE partnership. WithYou is proud to be the lead provider of THRIVE, which is an Integrated Domestic Abuse and Substance Use (IDAS) partnership. Job Opportunity We're looking for someone who is confident in using computers, as the postholder will use multiple web-based systems for recording client interactions and generating prescriptions, particularly in Excel and Google Sheets. The successful applicant would also have the experience or confidence to work on a public facing front desk where they would interact with our clients on a daily basis. These interactions can be challenging at times but also incredibly rewarding as you will have the opportunity to see how our clients progress through their recovery journey first hand. As part of this role, you will: Proactively support the smooth running of the administrative functions within the service Be responsible for welcoming clients to our service Maintain and create record-keeping systems as required Be responsible for the receipt and processing of all referrals, screening, triage and comprehensive assessments, to input NDTMS/demographic and personal details using computerised systems Support the service to meet local health and safety requirements Generate prescriptions in preparation for signing by relevant clinicians Support the management team in maintaining high levels of data quality and information management Support the wider team with commitments, to include organising diaries, allocating, arranging, cancelling and rebooking meetings and events Be responsible for taking, transcribing and distributing formal minutes for meetings This is a permanent contract and will work 37.5 hours per week.
