Crynodeb
Assist in and perform routine tasks related to patient care as directed by Lead nurse and GPs. Such tasks may include: Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, asthma, COPD) Cervical cytology Childhood and adult immunisations Wound care and dressings Contraceptive advice NHS Health Checks and screening Health promotion and lifestyle advice Infection prevention and control Supporting the practice in meeting QOF, IIF, and other quality targets Depending on experience, we will encourage you to support training and development for nurses and health care assistants within the Practice.
