The Role – Planner

You’ll join an established and skilled team, supporting either the Civil Engineering division or the Build division. Your responsibilities will include:

Liaising with tender teams to demonstrate logistics and establish optimum build sequences
Preparing tender programmes with supporting graphics and pricing associated preliminaries
Attending meetings and tender interviews, contributing to presentations
Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and produce accurate assessments
Assessing programme impacts of variations and changes
The Right Person

Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Asta Powerproject, Excel, and PowerPoint
Industry qualification (ONC/HNC, BEng, NVQ or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated construction knowledge and planning experience across multiple projects
Ideally located within a reasonable travel distance of Northampton
