An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month Secondment / Fixed term contract in the Women and Children's Division Operational Management team. We are looking for an enthusiastic , resilient and flexible operational manager to with experience of Referral to Treatment and Cancer Service Performance Management.
The post holder will work closely with the Centre Clinical Directors, Matrons, Centre Managers and other Assistant Business Operational Managers to ensure efficient and effective management of all resources in order to deliver safe, high quality and effective clinical services in an environment of continuous improvement.

• Referral to Treatment and Cancer Performance
• Service development
• Supporting with Budget management
• Supporting with Business planning
• Supporting with Workforce management
• Supporting with management of governance and risk
