**Estimator Opportunity – Hertfordshire**
**Salary:** Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
**Location:** Hertfordshire

**The Role: Estimator**

As an Estimator, you’ll join a preconstruction team of nine, working on projects ranging from £250k to £20m. You’ll take the lead in the tender process, from meetings and adjudications to subcontractor liaison and value engineering proposals. Experience with two-stage tenders is beneficial but not essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
* Review drawings, specifications, and compliance requirements
* Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing
* Attend tender meetings and contribute to value engineering proposals
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions

* Experienced Estimator within the construction industry
* Background with a main contractor on new build or refurbishment schemes
* Confident presenting value proposals
* Self-directed, highly motivated, and looking for a long-term move
