Are you a kind and compassionate individual looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are currently looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at Rutland Manor Nursing Home in Ilkeston.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity are maintained. If you’re caring by nature and committed to delivering high standards, we’d love to hear from you.

About Rutland Manor:
Rutland Manor Nursing Home is located in Ilkeston (DE7) and provides residential and nursing care for older adults and individuals living with dementia and complex needs. Our dedicated team work closely with residents and their families to create a warm, supportive environment where person-centred care and dignity are at the heart of everything we do.

Care Assistant – Position Details:
• Rate of Pay: In line with the national minimum wage, with increments for NVQ Levels 2 and 3
• Shift Times: Days: 07:30-19:30 / Nights: 19:30-07:30
• Location: Heanor Road, Ilkeston, DE7 (Please consider travel times, especially on weekends, before applying)
