Crynodeb
To assess, plan and implement care to patients within specialist area. To provide and maintain high standards of care, to patients requiring specialist input and advice. Train, guide and supervise general registered nurses/midwives, allied healthcare professional, patients, carers and relatives, in hospital to understand specialty area and aspects of care. Assist and support the multidisciplinary team by ensuring patients conditions are reported accurately, that plans of care and instruction is correctly conveyed to ward nurses, medical staff and that prescribed treatments are administered.
