The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead design and build new build and refurbishment projects within 1.5 hours of Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-run contractor with a proud reputation for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Ensure safe systems of work and compliance with health and safety standards
Drive site productivity and ensure timely project completion
Manage activities to meet contract and cost constraints
Minimize environmental and community impact
Coordinate stakeholders and maintain strong communication
Deliver projects to the highest quality standards
Requirements
Proven experience with general contractors on projects up to £5m
Strong background in refurbishment (mixed experience is a plus)
Excellent knowledge of health and safety and ISO standards
Leadership, organisational, and communication skills
SMSTS and First Aid certification
Black CSCS card (construction-related NVQ at Level 5, 6, or 7)
