About the Role
We are looking for a Team Leader to coach and supervise a highly skilled and experienced team, who are in need of fresh, visible leadership.
The team support a complex and fun-loving young woman who lives in her family home with 2-1 care. She is autistic, has ADHD and an intellectual disability. She exhibits anxiety and behaviours of distress. Compassion and empathy are the cornerstones of our approach.
Your dual focus will be on improving the quality of life for the young person we support; and to provide leadership for her care team.
You will have an appropriate professional qualification in positive behaviour support and/or several years’ experience in a commensurate role. Ideally you will have a management qualification, but we are willing to support the right candidate through training in this area.
Although we are not CQC registered, we work to reflect the highest standards of care. We are committed to creating an environment which is a great place to work and where everyone is a team player. You must be a driver.
