South Wales Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a talented and proactive Executive
Assistant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional administrative
and secretarial support to the Chief Fire Officer (CFO) and their Chief of Staff (CoS),
ensuring their days run smoothly and efficiently.
Within this role, confidentiality, handling of sensitive information and the ability to juggle
priorities, ensuring our CFO is fully supported, will be second nature to you. With a
proven track record of providing high-level executive and administrative support to a
Chief Executive or Board Director level, you will bring professionalism, diplomacy and
the ability to get the job done by coordinating activities across the team.
The post holder will line manage and lead the Secretariat team, who are the Personal
Assistants to the wider Senior Leadership Team
