This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional to join a growing business operating within the commercial and high-end residential construction sectors.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving project sales, managing key client relationships, and supporting the strategic expansion of the business throughout Scotland and Northern England.

Key Responsibilities
Sell high-value project works, focusing primarily on new build developments across commercial and luxury residential markets.
Manage and convert inbound enquiries while actively generating new business leads.
Conduct site visits to better understand project requirements and client needs.
Liaise with clients to develop project ideas and provide detailed feedback to the internal team.
Arrange pre-design meetings and fee discussions based on client requirements.
Prepare, present, and negotiate bids, quotes, and tender submissions.
Lead the full sales process from initial enquiry through to contract close.
Collaborate closely with internal Projects and Service departments.
Support marketing efforts, with knowledge of LinkedIn and social media considered advantageous.
Contribute to long-term strategic growth planning and market positioning.

Skills & Experience
Proven sales background within Construction, Facilities Management, or Building Services.
Existing network with architects, construction firms, main contractors, and developers.
Experience in managing and selling high-value project works.
Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives, directors, and senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage supplier and partner relationships.
Experienced in completing PQQs and tender documents.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Based ideally in Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Stirling areas – candidates across the UK considered if able to work in Scotland one week per month.

Offering
Salary between £35,000 – £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
