Your new company
A growing contractor operating across East Anglia, London and the Midlands, working on a variety of projects, from New Build to Refurbishments with projects including Schools and Hospitals up to £15m

Your new role
Due to this continued growth and project wins, they are now looking to recruit a Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and deliver a high-quality project on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate site records and report to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure all works meet client specifications and industry standards.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
