We're urgently recruiting reliable, flexible and fast-working Production Operatives to support a well-established manufacturing company in Bellshill. Perfect for anyone looking for quick starts, flexible shifts, and hands-on work in a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities-
Carry out a range of production and machine-operating tasks across the site

Maintain high quality and safety standards at all times

Follow all health & safety, hygiene and company procedures

Work closely with team members to hit daily targets

Keep your work area clean, tidy and well-organised

Immediate availability - able to start right away
-
Reliable, punctual, and committed to ad hoc or short-notice shifts

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
-
Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

Experience in production or warehousing is helpful but not essential - full training provided

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime

Immediate start opportunities with consistent ad hoc and temporary work

Weekly pay £12.21 - £15.02 per hour, depending on shift

Enhanced weekend overtime up to £18.32 per hour

A mix of flexible shifts, including:

Morning: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Afternoon: 2:30 PM - Job & Finish

Additional shifts available throughout the week
