Crynodeb
We are looking for an inspiring, confident, nurturing person to take on the role of Early Years Practitioner with Key Children at our wonderful independent countryside nursery in Bramdean. This is a maternity cover role from January 2026 - October 2026 with the view to extend to a permanent role afterwards.
This person will work with the rest of the team to provide excellent early years education to a group of up to 14 children aged 18 months - 2.5 years, with ratios of 4:1 or less.
We have a focus on a home from home environment and learning through play, with constant access to the surrounding countryside.
Training and CPD opportunities provided. Regular team social and team building events. 6 weeks pro rata annual leave for 40 hours.
This role is available for 30-40 hours per week over 3-4 days.
Level 3 qualification or above required.
