Summary
Please see attached JD & PS for full details of duties and responsibilities. Provide professional team leadership and support to all members of the Healthcare team. Maintain a professional manner and act as a role model. To facilitate the healthcare teams compliance with CNWL and Prison policies, procedures and guidelines ensuring adherence at all times Support the formulation of policies/protocols within the sphere of work. Participate in and provide clinical and management supervision, and facilitate others' engagement in the process. Act as an excellent role model to junior nursing staff, nursing assistants and students, setting, implementing and monitoring the highest professional standards.
