Role: Female Support Worker
Location: Llanfairfechan and Conwy
Hours: We have both part time 16 hours per week and full time 37 hours per week, please speak to us about the hours you are looking to do. Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep-ins
Salary: £12.74 per hour and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 45p per mile
Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll actively support individuals across two services in making their own choices and set their own goals — they enjoy activities such as days out to the zoo and other animal related activities, shopping, picnics, pamper sessions, theatre and music related. No two days are the same in this role.
As their trusted Support Worker, you'll empower people to follow through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills. You’ll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities like paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family.
Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well-being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose. By offering this kind of person-centred support every day, this truly is a fun and rewarding role for the right person.
No experience required as full training is provided. We’d love to hear from you if you:
are female
have patience and empathy
can support a person with their intimate personal care with respect and dignity
have strong communication and teamwork skills
are able to speak on behalf of others as well as to a range of professional people
have good written skills and the ability to record events with empathy and meaning
have a full driving licence - essential for transporting individuals to appointments and activities.
