About the role
The Counselling Service Clinical Lead will ensure robust clinical governance and that the self-pay counselling service is safe, effective, and delivered to the highest professional standard in line with professional practice guidelines/BACP ethical framework.
About you
You will be recognised professional counselling/psychotherapy qualification (minimum Level 4 Diploma or equivalent).
You will be qualified in and have experience of providing clinical supervision for counsellors and/or trainees, as well as managing caseloads, assessments, and allocation of clients.
You will have experience in managing or leading clinical governance within a counselling service or team.
You will have excellent communication, time management skills and strong clinical leadership, reflective practice and supervisory skills.
You will have experience in using case management systems (e.g., Zanda) and digital tools.
