Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Upper KS2 in line with the National Curriculum.
*Assess, record, and report on pupil progress and attainment.
*Set and mark work to support learning both in and outside the classroom.
*Maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.
*Contribute to the wider life of the academy and uphold its vision and values.
*Disseminate high-quality teaching pedagogy to secure consistently good or outstanding outcomes.
What We're Looking For
*QTS (or equivalent) and an undergraduate degree.
*Successful experience of teaching the primary curriculum.
*Strong subject knowledge of the National Curriculum.
*Understanding of child development and progression.
*Effective strategies for managing behaviour in line with school policy.
*Excellent written and oral communication skills.
