About the role
We are recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a specialist education setting in Coventry. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners aged 16-25 with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.You will:
- Provide tailored academic and pastoral support in small group settings.
- Assist with personal care needs where required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Help learners build confidence, independence, and employability skills.
- Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver personalised learning programmes.
- Play a vital role in helping young people achieve their goals and thrive.

Ideal candidate

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Willingness to complete compliance checks (DBS, references, training).
