We're looking for a Computer Assisted Facilities Management (CAFM) System and Wellbeing Administrator to join our Sedgehill School team based in London.
Location: Sedgehill School, London - this is an onsite roleHours: 40 hours per week, 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday
What will you be responsible for?As a CAFM System and Wellbeing Administrator, you'll be working within the Sedgehill School team supporting them in delivering efficient Help Desk operations, accurate reporting and effective CAFM system management.
What will your day to day look like?
Your day to day will include:
-Managing and prioritising Help Desk tickets and coordinating resolutions
-Overseeing PPM scheduling, tracking and compliance within Concept Evolution
-Producing accurate monthly reports and performance insights
-Processing extensions and mitigations and maintaining compliant task records
-Supporting Paymec administration and resolving related queries
What are we looking for?This role of CAFM System and Wellbeing Administrator is great for you if:
-You have proven administrative experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-You have experience working with CAFM systems, preferably Concept Evolution
-You have strong data analysis and reporting skills
-You are well organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-You can problem solve and think proactively to improve processes and performance
If a driving licence is required, it does not need to be a UK Driving Licence, just a full driving licence.
