Eteach’s Customer Success Team is levelling up and looking for an Account Executive. We’re supporting more schools, colleges, and candidates than ever before, and now we’re looking for someone ambitious and driven, someone like you, to help us deliver top-tier support.
Whether you’ve already picked up some office or customer service experience, or you’re ready to dive into your very first professional role, this is an incredible opportunity to kick-start a meaningful career in the Ed-Tech / Technology industry and gain hands-on experience in digital advertising and client support.
You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team where you’ll learn the fundamentals of customer success, technology platforms, and online recruitment marketing skills that will set you up for a long-term career in a fast-growing sector.
The role of Account Executive has a clear progression route into Account Management, where you’ll manage your own portfolio of clients and earn monthly uncapped commission based on performance.
What You’ll Be Doing as an Account Executive :
Being the first friendly face of Eteach across phone, live chat, and email
Helping schools, colleges, and job seekers with their questions
Working closely with our Customer Success Managers to onboard new clients
Supporting the creation of onboarding plans that make clients go “wow”
Assisting with end-of-term and end-of-year reports
Collaborating with our in-house IT team to troubleshoot issues and share customer feedback
Getting hands-on with brand-new platform features so you can support clients like a pro
Developing a solid understanding of digital advertising, job board performance, and recruitment marketing strategies
Who You Are:
If you’ve got a positive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to spot details a mile away, you’ll fit right in. You don’t need industry experience—just curiosity, drive, and the desire to build a meaningful career in tech and digital media.
What You’ll Get: 22 days annual leave (which increases the longer you’re with us)A Wellbeing Week when we shut down between Christmas and New Year
A modern, bright office with an on-site café (hello, iced lattes)
Excellent town-centre location + on-site parking
Hybrid working options
Healthcare cover
A structured progression pathway into Account Management with monthly uncapped commission
Real development opportunities… because we want you to grow with us
