SEN Maths Teacher - North London
Full-Time | Long-Term to Scale | £155 - £191.29 per day
Start: ASAP or January
ANZUK Education is supporting a fantastic SEN secondary school in North London that offers a calm, therapeutic and highly individualised environment for pupils with SEMH, autism, ADHD and complex special educational needs. The school is nurturing, well-structured and dedicated to helping students rebuild confidence and re-engage with learning.
We are seeking a Maths Teacher with SEN experience who can adapt the maths curriculum to different learning profiles and support pupils with disrupted educational histories. Classes are small, with strong pastoral support and a trauma-informed, relationship-led approach. Creativity is encouraged, giving you the freedom to design accessible maths lessons, break down concepts and celebrate meaningful, personalised progress.
This role is perfect for someone empathetic, patient and passionate about inclusive practice in specialist education. If you thrive in settings where trust, consistency and connection matter just as much as academic progress, this is a fantastic opportunity.
A few key details:
- Long-term position with pay to scale where applicable
- Daily rate: £155 - £191.29 depending on experience and PAYE/Umbrella
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) required
- Previous experience teaching Maths in an SEN/SEND environment essential
If this sounds like the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.
Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Full employment history and references
- Proof of Right to Work and teaching qualifications
anzuk Education is committed to equal opportunities and values diversity. No applicant will be discriminated against based on age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, culture or disability. Each applicant is assessed solely on merit.
