An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dedicated Interventions Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic educational setting in Oldbury, West Midlands. As an Interventions Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering targeted interventions to students who require additional support to reach their full potential. Working closely with the teaching staff, you will develop and implement individualised learning plans, ensuring that each student receives the tailored attention they need to thrive academically and socially.

Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with teachers to identify students who would benefit from interventions
- Planning and delivering engaging and effective intervention sessions
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting approaches as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being

To be considered for this role, you should possess a strong academic background, with a minimum of GCSE grades A*-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable, as is a genuine commitment to supporting the growth and development of young learners.
