I am delighted to be supporting a friendly and ambitious primary school in Medway that is seeking a Class Teacher to join their welcoming community on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers who are passionate about making a positive impact and being part of a school with a clear vision for improvement.
The school is committed to providing a calm, purposeful learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their potential. Staff benefit from a collaborative culture, shared planning, and open communication with leaders who are approachable, supportive, and visible in the school community.
ECTs receive a tailored induction programme and access to high-quality CPD to support their professional growth during the first years of teaching.
