To be considered for this position, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children or young people in an educational or support role
- A relevant qualification in education, psychology, social work, or a related field ( PGCE, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
- A deep understanding of behaviour management strategies and interventions
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively
