Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bakery Manager to lead our bakery team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality food production, and maintain excellent customer service standards. The Bakery Manager will be responsible for the Baking Process, managing staff, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving the overall success of the bakery.
Duties
• Opening the bakery at start of shift
• Supervise and coordinate bakery staff, assistants, and bakery operatives.
• Monitoring the standard of ingredients
• Preparing the ovens and equipment
• Measuring and weighing of ingredients
• Using mixers to blend the ingredients
• Oversee the baking processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and health regulations at all times.
• Maintain and clean down bakery equipment.
Requirements
• Proven experience in food preparation and baking.
• Supervising experience.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
