Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support a major Telephony transformation project for a leading UK organisation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with third-party vendors-challenge estimates, validate requirements, and manage delivery expectations.
- Analyse and redesign operational processes, mapping current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") states.
- Lead data migration activities, including defining mapping rules and ensuring data integrity.
- Facilitate workshops to align business leads and technical teams.
- Manage and prioritise the technical backlog, ensuring vendor readiness.
- Define transition plans, including training and operational support models.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in Contact Centre transformation and migrations involving third-party vendors.
- Strong ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve delivery challenges.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating across suppliers and development teams.
- Agile Business Analyst background in fast-paced software environments.
- Practical knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with Jira Software and Confluence.
