Summary
Envoy Nation is seeking a Spirit-filled Assistant Pastor (Prayer Ministry) with a deep intercessory lifestyle and a calling to lead the church in prayer. The candidate must be a born-again Christian, rooted in the Word, and able to develop a strong prayer culture within the church. Understanding Afro-Caribbean spiritual needs and ability to speak at least one local language is desirable.

Details of Duties
• Lead and coordinate the Prayer and Intercession department
• Organise prayer meetings, vigils, and intercessory groups
• Mentor and train prayer warriors and intercessors
• Develop prayer resources, chains, and strategies
• Dedicate significant time to intercession for the church and its mission
• Teach and preach biblical principles of prayer
• Provide pastoral prayer support and counselling to members
• Work with other departments to ensure prayer remains central

Skills & Experience Required:
• Strong biblical understanding of prayer
• Demonstrated experience in leading prayer ministry
• Strong personal prayer life and spiritual maturity
• Ability to teach and inspire others in intercession
• Organisational and team mobilising skills
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Level 6)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in prayer ministry leadership

Additional Notes:
• Must be willing to work Sundays and evenings
• On-call pastoral support may be required
• Occupational requirement: practising Christian (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9)
• Expected to make Envoy Nation their home church
