Summary

Specialist Technician - Print

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will co-ordinate the effective operation of the Print Workshop in the Mandela Building for creative students. They will lead the maintenance of facilities, in line with health and safety requirements and provide supervision to learners working in the workshop and to demonstrate the specialist screen print techniques, and other traditional and digital print processes.

The print specialist technician will also co-ordinate the preparation and replenishment of resources utilised within the workshop and to take a lead on the implementation and adherence to specific industry requirements within the department. Computer Aided Design (CAD) skills are preferable.

Candidate must be available to work the following hours:

Monday to Thursday

8.30am-5:30pm
