Full Time - 36.25hrs per week 52 weeks a year Grade 8 £28,605 - £31,029 Actual Salary £28,025 - £30,4001 Working Hrs are: 7.15am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday (with an unpaid 30 mins break) These hours may be amendable for the right candidate, flexibility maybe required for sickness/holiday cover/occasional late closes. The role of Site Manager offers a great opportunity for professional development , with a supportive line manager and a school with big plans for their premise. Battling Brook Primary is a large, primary school in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The successful candidate should: • Be someone who will be as proud of our school and who is willing to work with us to continually improve and develop our site. • Be positive, enthusiastic, forward thinking and have a dynamic mindset • Be flexible and adaptable to change • Be open to new challenges • Be organised and have good inter-personal and communication skills.• Be able to use their own initiative but also work as a team leader and member • Be able to prioritise work and work well under pressure. • Be keen to undertake professional development and contribute new ideas • Have previous experience of working in a similar role, along with a knowledge of health and safety and an ability to carry out repairs and maintenance as required.
