Are you an experienced leader with a passion for making a real difference in young people’s lives? We’re seeking a dedicated Children’s Home Manager to take charge of our 1-bed home in Rochdale, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a unique opportunity to shape the home’s future, build and inspire a high-performing team, and ensure the very best outcomes for children in your care.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide strong, supportive leadership to both staff and young people.

Ensure the home consistently meets Ofsted standards and delivers excellence in care.

Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can thrive.

Lead on safeguarding and care planning responsibilities.

Build and maintain positive relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community.

Motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional standards of care.
About You-
NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete).

Previous experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential setting.

Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted requirements.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
