About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how employees stay informed and connected. You'll be the go-to person for internal communications, with a strong focus on managing and improving the company intranet-making it the ultimate hub for policies, procedures, and critical information. Your creativity will shine as you craft content that reflects the organisation's culture and authenticity.
What You'll Do
- Own and continuously improve the intranet, ensuring it's user-friendly and up to date.
- Create engaging content and campaigns that celebrate success and strengthen company culture.
- Think ahead-spot opportunities to share stories from events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other key stakeholders to keep information accurate and accessible.
- Support internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, using insights to improve.
What We're Looking For
- Essential:
- Proven experience in Internal Communications.
- Hands-on experience managing intranet platforms.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to set up and maintain policies and procedures on a central hub.
- Personable, detail-oriented, and great at building relationships.
- Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives.
