Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of QCuality Control Technician on behalf of our well established manufacturing client based Inchinnan.

Job Role
The role of the QC technician is to complete the day-to-day workload as prescribed by the daily production schedule and requirements as stipulated by the QC supervisor. Ensuring attention to detail and accurate records are maintained at all times, records updated in a timely manner and any issues are raised to the relevant teams as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out Quality Control testing of all products including microbiological, Assay and Boil testing.
Microbiological monitoring of plant and equipment using the Accupoint Meter.
Determining fill levels for all products.
Supervision of detergent delivery and all appropriate testing required.
Organisation and management of samples being sent to external Laboratory for testing.
Monitoring microbiological quality of process water.
Monitoring the quality of waste water effluent.
Cleaning, calibration and maintenance of all Lab area and equipment.
Control of Production paperwork, ensuring accurate records are maintained at all times.
Supporting all Production departments as necessary.
Support with problem solving issues that arise in Production
Ensure Control of stock of Lab consumables.
As required support with preparation and checking of stability samples.
Support with leak & fill testing.
Undertake any such activities as needed from time to time as stipulated by the QC supervisor or senior technical team.
Role Requirements

Knowledge of formulation types and ingredient roles.
Knowledge of analytical methods and test methods.
Strong attention to detail, accurate record keeping, project tracking and KPI measurement.
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm
