Crynodeb
Key responsibilities include: Providing programme management and coordination support to multiple CINs, including planning, reporting, and tracking progress against outcomes, benefits, and spend. Supporting the development of national guidance and standards and working closely with health boards to implement these effectively. Applying structured project management approaches to facilitate delivery and improvement across health boards. Leading stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, building strong relationships with clinical and managerial colleagues across NHS Wales. Monitoring performance against key indicators using a range of data sources to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly and collaboratively, adapting to evolving priorities and supporting the Strategic Programme as required.
