Summary

Penfro Consultancy Limited, we are a dynamic and growing professional consultancy business delivering Quantity Surveying and Project Management services across a diverse range of construction and infrastructure
projects.
We are the only RICS Chartered Practice in Pembrokeshire and are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy, where you will contribute to projects at various levels of value and complexity across all sectors within the industry.
Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, feasibility appraisals and elemental cost plans.
Supporting procurement and tendering activities, including documentation, analysis and recommendations.
Assisting with preparation of Bills of Quantities and pricing documents.
Undertaking cost reporting, cashflow forecasting and financial monitoring during project delivery.
Supporting contract administration duties, including assess application for payments, change management and payment recommendations.
Contributing to post-contract activities such as final account preparation and negotiation.
Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to support accurate, timely and coordinated project information.
Assisting with the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and client-facing purposes.
Ensuring high standards of document control and adherence to company quality procedures.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the practice.
