Summary

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Paralegal / Secretary to join the Conveyancing department of a successful law firm based in South West London

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience soley working in residential conveyancing.

This role is office based.

Essential Skills:

    • Must be a qualified Paralegal with at least 2 years residential conveyancing experience
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Ability to multi-task and work well to deadlines
    • Team player with a flexible approach
    • IT proficient in MS Office and Excel

    The Role:

      • You wll be assisting solicitors with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
      • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts, title deeds and completion statements.
      • Managing a small caseload of clients
      • All administrative tasks to include typing up of documents etc

      Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm (or 4 days a week considered)

      Salary: £35,000 pa + Benefits
