We are seeking talented tutors who are passionate about starting their career in the beauty training industry. Joining our team to deliver outstanding training programs will play a key role in equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and development needed to provide high-quality beauty services and support your professional growth. You will design and implement comprehensive training programs, conduct hands-on workshops, and provide ongoing support to ensure our clients stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to motivate and inspire others. Please note that we also offer a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Implement comprehensive training programs for beauty professionals, including knowledge and practical skills.
• Conduct engaging and informative tutor sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to educate and inspire our clients.
• Teach a variety of beauty-related topics, such as skincare, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, and other relevant beauty techniques.
• Provide hands-on tutoring and guidance to beauty professionals, assisting them in acquiring new skills and improving existing ones.
• Assess the performance of our clients through practical demonstrations, tests, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs, set training goals, and develop strategies to enhance the overall skills and performance of the beauty team.
• Monitor the progress and success of the training programs, analysing feedback and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Must have an undergraduate/masters degree in any subject with a minimum level of 2:2 or equivalent
• Proven experience working as an experienced Beauty therapist/tutor.
• In-depth knowledge of various beauty techniques, products, and trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and engage others.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in developing training materials, manuals, and presentations.
• Ability to assess skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Flexibility to adapt training methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles.
• A passion for beauty and a desire to stay updated with the latest industry developments.
