About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and organised Transport Admin Assistant to join our team in Livingston. This is a temporary ongoing position, offering stable hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in transport operations and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing transport schedules and coordinating deliveries

Preparing and processing transport documentation

Communicating with drivers and internal teams

Updating databases and record-keeping

Supporting the transport team with day-to-day admin tasks
